1. Who we are

Anna AI is a psychological support service based on the methodology of Anna Urvantseva. It is distributed on the App Store and Google Play as Psychologist AI. This policy applies to both.

2. What data we collect

Account data:

• Email address
• Name (if you provide it during onboarding)
• Registration date

Usage data:

• Chat history with the AI psychologist
• A brief profile — automatically generated by AI based on your conversations (max 150 words)
• Usage statistics: message count, last login date
• Purchase data: session credit balance and purchase history (we do not receive your payment card details — payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store)

Technical data:

• FCM token for push notifications
• Device type and operating system

3. How we use your data

• Providing the service — AI cannot function without your conversation history
• Quality review — with your explicit consent, psychologist Anna Urvantseva may review a specific session to provide personal feedback or monitor AI response quality. Without your consent, no person reads your conversations.
• Sending notifications about responses and account events
• Crediting purchased sessions to your account based on purchase confirmations from Google Play or the App Store

4. Who has access

Anna Urvantseva — may access a conversation only with your explicit consent (for example, when you request a personal review of your session).

Third parties:

• Google Firebase — data storage (region europe-west1, Belgium)
• Anthropic — message processing for AI response generation
• Google Play / App Store — payment processing; we receive only purchase confirmations, never your card details

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.

5. Data storage

Data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the europe-west1 region (Belgium), protected by TLS encryption in transit and at rest.

Your profile, chat history and session credits are kept for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all your data is deleted.

6. Your rights

• Access: request all data we hold about you
• Deletion: "Delete my data" button in the app profile
• Correction: contact us by email
• Portability: we will provide your data in a machine-readable format

7. Children's data

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Policy changes

We will notify you of significant changes by email and in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.
