Service Provider: Anna Vasilievna Urvantseva (sole proprietor)
User: an individual who has registered in the Anna AI application.
The Service Provider grants the User access to Anna AI — an AI psychologist trained on Anna Urvantseva's methodology — via a mobile application and website. Access to conversations with the AI psychologist is provided in the form of sessions purchased as one-time in-app purchases.
A session is work on one request. It begins with your first message and ends when the AI psychologist brings the request to completion, after 60 minutes of inactivity, or upon reaching approximately 30 messages. Messages within a session are not billed separately. One session credit is deducted at the moment you send the first message of a new session — the app clearly indicates this.

Base prices are listed in US dollars. The final price is shown on the purchase screen in your country's currency and may differ due to the store's exchange rates and taxes.
Purchased sessions never expire and remain on your account until used.
The discounted first session may be purchased only once per account; repeat purchases are technically blocked.
The app may also offer additional one-time services; their description and price are displayed before purchase.
All purchases are processed exclusively through Google Play or the App Store under their respective policies. The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment card details.
All purchases are one-time. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, and no recurring charges. You pay only at the moment you choose to buy a session or a pack.
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are handled under the rules of the respective store. For unused sessions, you may also email us at annaurvantsevapsy@gmail.com — we will consider a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Used sessions are non-refundable.

Anna AI provides psychological support but is not liable for decisions made by users based on AI responses. The service is provided "as is".
Maximum liability of the Service Provider is limited to the total amount paid by the User for purchases over the last 12 months.
Anna Urvantseva's methodology, service content, design and software are the intellectual property of the Service Provider.
Users retain ownership of the content of their own conversations.
The agreement is effective from registration until account deletion.
Users may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting their account in the app. Deleting the account also removes any unused session credits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Service Provider's place of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the User's country of residence.
